Shipping/Return Policy

Please note our shipping times are approximately 5-7 business days, but may take longer during the  holidays; Weekends are not included in business days. 

We ship using USPS, and USPS priority mail. If you need an order to be expedited, please send an email, and we will try our best to accomodate. For international orders Fedex|UPS is used.

We are not responsible for lost merchandise due to shipping service once item(s) have shipped, or if address provided is wrong or insufficient.

 

PRE - ORDERS 

For our Pre-Order items, shipment times are listed on product page. Please note Pre Order Shipping times are estimated, and can take longer or less time, depending on our factory turnaround time. 

Returns/Exchanges

Our return policy is Exchange only within 10 days of receipt. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Tiffany@shopcrystalmone.com to notify our returns team of your return. 

 

If we are in fault of damaged or wrongly shipped items, we will make an exception for returns.
